Following ten years of geospatial innovation and commercialisation within CSIRO’s Data61, Terria is thrilled to announce its spin-out as an independent company, backed by seed investment from Main Sequence.
This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for Terria as we expand our mission to revolutionise how the world organises and uses geospatial data.
As a pioneer in spatial data visualisation and digital twin technology, Terria simplifies the complexity of working with spatial data, transforming it into a powerful tool for decision-making. From its inception in 2014, Terria has been at the forefront of geospatial innovation, powering platforms like the Australian Government’s NationalMap and supporting millions of users in visualising over 15,000 datasets. Now, we’re ready to scale this impact globally.
